About Me

My name is Ayhan Aytac; I am currently living in Las Vegas, NV. My bachelor’s degree in Language and Grammar, Integrated Language-Arts. I enrolled in the Instructional Technology M.Ed. program. I chose to further my education in technology as I felt it would make me a more well-rounded, versatile teacher and help me to provide my students with engaging, authentic learning. After I graduate, I would love to find a position as an computer teacher, incorporating technology in the classroom or as a Technology teacher helping students to learn the immense opportunities that technology provides.  I am extremely excited for my future in the field of education. Though it may sound cliche, I truly believe that teachers have the opportunity every day to make the world a little brighter and I look forward to the challenge.

Aside from my life as a student and a future educator, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family who are very dear to me. I am extremely blessed to have such wonderful people in my life. I also take pleasure in being creative.  I love to paint and construct craft projects.  I enjoy music and discovering new artists.  I am a movie connoisseur and have probably watched far too many.  I enjoy watching soccer as well and I am excited to watch Galatasaray and Fenerbahce every season.  Fall is by far my favorite season, I love bonfires, football games, colorful leaves, the start of a new school year, Halloween, autumn food etc.; it truly is the best time of the year.  Finally, I also have a passion for traveling; it is my goal to see as much of this world as I can in the time I am given.
